Google Hamburg Gallery
Google Germany’s Hamburg office isn’t for engineering or research & development but handles press relations instead. It is (predictably) filled with all the items that are now Google insignias, from lava lamps and lots of toys to colorful bean bags, as well as free food in the cafeteria. Google’s Kay Oberbeck told me Google plans to grow even faster in foreign markets to better localize products. I asked him whether transporting the original Mountain View philosophy is as easy as stuffing a new office with the Google “design.” Kay argued that the dynamics of change are good for a company; “You don’t want to be stuck in 1998.”

Behind the entrance door, a receptionist, a Google sign-up computer (give your digital signature to a non-disclosure agreement, and a badge is printed), and a search ticker awaits.

Allles recht und schön nur sollte das Office auch mit fähigen Menschen besetzt sein, die sich auch um Ihre Schäflein kümmern.
Wir versuchen seit 6 Wochen einen Kontakt zu erhalten und einen Ansprechpartner warum zig Portale aus der Suchmaschine Google entfernt wurden, obwohl sie den Google -Kriterien entsprechen.
Das Service ist bei Google in dieser Weise miserabel, da nützt auch das schönste Büro nichts, wenn es nicht mit fähigen Mitarbeitern besetzt ist.
DEr Google Chef sollte da mal hart durchgreifen und seine Leute besser schulen.

kann deinen Frust nachvollziehen und kann Dir nur den Tip geben, sofern es für Dich wirklich wichtig ist, mit dem Auto nach Hamburg zu fahren und am Empfang dein Problem persönlich vorzutragen. Du wirst dort keine Sofort-Hilfe erhalten, aber die Faxnummer einer Anwaltskanzlei, welche Dir wiederum bei einem Schreiben Deinerseits über den Ausschluss von deinen Seiten aus dem Index, auch eine Antwort zu Teil werden lassen.
PS: Sind Erfahrungswerte und ist zwar Müll wenn man einen langen Weg hat für eine Nummer, aber telefonisch ist dort der Response ebenso, wie bei den Mails.
